The founding package is $499: $249 builds your website, Google profile, and lead pipeline (yours to keep), and $250 covers your first 2 booked-and-attended intro lessons. If we don't deliver them within 90 days, that $250 comes back automatically — a refund, not a credit.

It's the opposite. They charge per lead and sell each family to multiple teachers. We charge per attended student and work with exactly one teacher per area.
What if the students don't show up?
Then you pay nothing. No-shows cost us, not you. (Our reminder system keeps show rates above 80%.)
What if I fill up?
One switch: "Accepting new students — off." Charges stop, marketing pauses, your territory stays yours.
Is the first message to families a bot?

I already have a website.
Keep it — your domain stays yours. You own the result — if you ever leave, the site and domain go with you.

What happens when my 2 included students are used?
Nothing, until you want more. When your balance hits zero and you're still accepting students, the system adds a 2-student pack ($278). You set a monthly cap, and you can turn it off anytime.
