These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fill My Lesson Schedule platform at fillmylessonschedule.com and any coach-owned website operated by us on behalf of a coach (the "Service"), operated by Fill My Lesson Schedule ("FMLS", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By signing in to the Service, completing an intake or lead form on a coach site we operate, replying to an SMS we send, or otherwise accessing the Service, you accept and agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a coaching business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business.

2. Eligibility

The Service is offered to coaches and their students/parents who are located in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old to create a coach account or to submit an intake form on behalf of yourself. Students aged 13-17 may submit an intake form only with verified parental or guardian consent. Children under 13 may not use the public intake form. Coaches working with students under 13 must enroll those students directly with the parent, off the public form.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for safeguarding access to your coach account, including your magic-link email inbox. Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorized access.

4. The Service

FMLS provides software that helps coaches:

  • Generate and publish articles and lead-magnet guides on their own website operated by us on their behalf.
  • Capture leads and intake responses from students and parents.
  • Send transactional SMS and email related to intake, lessons, reviews, and account activity.
  • Track basic site analytics for the coach's own reporting.

Specific features may be added, removed, or modified over time. The current set of features is the one available to you when you use the Service.

5. SMS terms

This section applies to every recipient of an SMS sent through the Service. These terms supplement, and do not replace, the SMS section of the Privacy Policy.

5.1 Consent

By providing your mobile phone number to your coach or by checking the SMS consent checkbox on a coach's intake form, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Fill My Lesson Schedule on behalf of that coach. SMS messages may include student intake form links, review requests, lesson reminders, and related service communications. Messages are not promotional or marketing.

5.2 Frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on coach activity and your intake/review status. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. FMLS does not charge for SMS messages; your carrier may.

5.3 Opt-out, restart, and help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or any of STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any FMLS-originated SMS. We will stop sending you messages and add your phone number to a suppression list. Reply START (or UNSTOP or YES) to resubscribe. Reply HELP (or INFO) for support information.

5.4 Carrier liability

Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5.5 Supported countries

SMS messaging through the Service is supported only for US mobile numbers at this time.

6. Coach content and responsibilities

Coaches retain ownership of the content they upload and of the generated content we produce on their behalf. By using the Service, the coach grants FMLS a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transcribe, analyze, transform, and publish that content on the coach's behalf for the purpose of providing the Service.

Coaches are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and legality of the content they publish through the Service.
  • Obtaining all necessary rights, licenses, and consents — including media-likeness and SMS consents from students/parents — before that data is used by the Service.
  • Compliance with the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, COPPA, and any applicable state laws.
  • Not using the Service to send spam, harass, deceive, or harm others.

7. AI-generated content

A substantial portion of articles, social posts, images, and other content produced by the Service is generated by artificial intelligence models from third-party providers. AI output is not always accurate. Coaches are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before approving it for publication. FMLS does not warrant that AI-generated content is free of factual errors, omissions, or biased framing.

8. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party providers (including Amazon Web Services, Twilio, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud, and Cloudflare) to operate. Use of those providers is subject to their own terms. We rely on these providers to deliver the Service; their unavailability may impair the Service.

9. Fees and founding-cohort terms

FMLS is currently in a founding-cohort phase. Pricing, billing terms, and any future per-lead fees will be communicated directly to coaches in writing before any charge is made. By using the Service today, no recurring charges are imposed automatically.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. FMLS does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that any specific business outcome (such as lead volume or search ranking) will be achieved.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FMLS and its officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to FMLS for the Service in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.

12. Indemnification

Coaches agree to indemnify and hold FMLS harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to (a) their content, (b) their use of the Service, (c) their breach of these Terms, or (d) their violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a coach account immediately if the coach materially breaches these Terms, uses the Service unlawfully, harms students or others, or exposes us to material risk. Coaches may close their account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Upon termination, we will retain or delete data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Modifications to the Service and these terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. When we modify these Terms in a way that materially affects your rights, we will notify coaches by email and update the version stamp on this page. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which FMLS is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and FMLS regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
